hello, i need an application. it will be send telegram message automatcly, i will be write an scenerio; 1- i send a notification to all my app users from a backoffice. 2- app users open app and read message 3- click to share 4- this app use, app users telegram account and share this message with all telegram phonebook contact. 5- this app need a blacklist, if app users add a conntact to blacklist, dont share message to this contact.
