I am looking for October CMS expert who has vast experience. The website is built in October CMS and has a page where users can click to upload files.I need the back-end functionality below to be built/tested. File upload with two location options - city 1 goes to city 1 folder - city 2 goes to city 2 folder, and an email is generated to notify them of an upload and sent to email 1 for city 1 and email 2 for city 2. Usernames & passwords for users who will upload to be maintained and admin login for the two folders to download files and maintain/delete files on server.
