Need to get Paypal payment module to show in Prestashop 1.6.1.11

I have installed and added proper credentials to a Paypal payment module in Prestashop 1.6.1.11 however when I go to checkout while doing a test order, the option to pay with paypal does not appear to the customer. I need someone to go into prestashop cart admin and find out why the paypal payment option is not showing up for the customer.
