Mautic customization

We have a mautic deployment. We need a freelancer to do some tweaks on it so that it can have better deliverability. Also set up send rates and the smtp so that the opens are high. Currently facing an issue on the mails being delivered to spam or to the non inboxes. Also set up the api to push the results into our CRM as a lead where there are clicks on mail more than once. In addition social plugins integration to get more data Mautic will be used as a repository for our contacts. Lastly need to set up a role based account where we can designate a free Lance marketing person They should be able to add prospects as well as mail them. But they can access other contacts or download the same The mailing should be from templates. Every mail should be cced to a particular mail id so that this is in our knowledge and control. We will then hire virtual assistants to do this job.
