I am trying to upgrade our current work employee scheduling system. a simple excel spreadsheet is not working anymore. I would like to create a database so that we can schedule jobs and employees and be able to cross reference availability. also, I would like to be able to enter employee shifts in a rotation pattern style, for example, our crews would work 14 days on and 7 days off or, 10 days on 4 days off, starting on a certain date.
