Change to the backend pricing structure of products on PHP website

I can solve following issue in php code Currently, the website has 3 different conditions for items and hence 3 different prices (Good, Poor and Faulty). - The 'Good' price is entered in manually (e.g £100). - The 'Poor' and 'Faulty' price is generated by taking a % of the 'Good' price. This percentage can be changed in the backend (e.g. Good Price x Percentage = Faulty Price, £100 x 50% = £50). - This percentage pricing stucture can be altered. However, it alters all prices across the board for all prices listed on the website. Instead of taking a percentage for the Good Price which applies to all prices, I want to manually enter a 'Faulty Price' and 'Poor Price' for each model individually.
