change step of terms condition in HireBee AppTheme

Hi, i bought the HireBee appthemes some years ago... and i did some custom modifications, like add the approveme esignature plugin in terms condition... actually the theme working like this: 1. freelancer apply proposal [login to view URL] see the proposal and choose the freelancer 3. freelancer accept the employer decision and open the esignature plugin to sign the contract 4. employer see the contract signed by the freelancer and sign the contract too... 5. employer add funds. I would like to ask you if is it possible do some change in my theme... and if is possible have a quote for this... The change i need is modify the step of the terms... in: 1. freelancer apply proposal and sign the contract 2. employer se the proposal and choose the freelancer, see the contract signed by the freelancer and sign the contract too... 3. employer add funds. after this: 2. obscure Employer and freelancer fields when the project's status is waiting found actualy... Employer and freelancer fields is obscured when freelancer and employer open the contract to sign.. but if employer not pay and freelancer or employer open the contract after sign the Employer and freelancer fields are not more obscured 3. insert category plan fiels in contract (opzione base/ opzione plus) (title and description) 4 paypal gatway problem when employer must pay 5. modify dashboard/payments 6. insert template image in projects 7. modify skills in create a new project 8. fix php error in the website (this happen when I upgrade the last php version)
