CakePHP Expert Needed...

I have a website called [login to view URL] I have an auto repsponder page but it needs to be able to schedule the Auto Responder feature for after hours with the option to turn it on and off with a check box on the same page. For example, the office might close at 6 pm Monday - Friday and they would want the Auto Responder to only reply after 6 pm but automatically turn off at 9 am. The user would schedule it one time and it will be that schedule until it is changed or turned off by the user. Also need to have the option to be able to schedule each day differently. For example. Monday - Friday they want to send an auto responder from 6 pm to 9 am the next morning. Then on Saturday they want to send auto responders after 3 pm until Monday at 9 am. I hope that makes sense. They just want to be able to schedule the auto responder each day with each day having different hours.
