I need approx. 3 calculators for building take offs. They are very simple algorithms. You put in measurements and it will give you "quantity" of material based on specific values. For example, put in a Wall length/height and it will tell you how many lengths of timber you need based on specific values (eg: timber every 450mm). These can be made as an online tool or offline software. The cheapest option.
