BUILD CUSTOM BILLING PLATFORM

I am working for a VoIP company. We provide voice services to local businesses. We are looking for a platform that will allow us to bill our clients for their usage. Later on, we will be looking to expand the platform to manage inventory and directly integrate with our voice servers. (VoIP knowledge is useful but not essential) I have a voice server that produces CSV CDRs. These will be made available to an FTP location These are lists of calls such as "X called Y for Z length of time". Each row lists a call that needs to be used to create invoices based on Packages and extras. For example: Client A has 3 extensions each with a calling plan of 3000 local minutes. These are billed at $5/month in addition, Extension 1 used 26 minutes abroad. Extension 2 used 4000 minutes e.t.c. In addition, there is a one-off setup charge and a recurring fixed monthly charge for broadband. This all needs to be included in one invoice per month. We are using QuickBooks invoicing software that will handle generating the invoices based on the information you send it as well as managing the payments. API docs for QuickBooks are here. Phase 1.2 Automatic fetch of CSV data from FTP and QuickBooks integration Phase 2... Additional components such as Inventory Management, CRM, Voice server integration Phase 1 will be the test phase. If we are happy with the speed and quality of work the applicant will be offered the rest of the project which will be at a higher rate.
