We had an XML file created to upload to Crossref. However, when we tried to upload it, we received this message from Crossref support: The XML file you attached does not use Crossref's metadata schema. To deposit DOIs with Crossref, you must submit metadata and DOI information to our system. If you are able to create XML for your deposits, it needs to be valid according to our particular metadata schema: [login to view URL] Example XML files for Journal content deposits can be found here: [login to view URL] We need someone to make the necessary changes to the attached XML file so that it will be accepted by Crossref. I am also attaching the journal that the XML file is based on, in case you need to see it.
