PC Audio Surveillance

We need two softwares: Client and server softwares. The user at the client will run a program on his PC and the program will start to listen the microphone of the client PC. The server program will list all the PC's. The server user will select one of the PC's and activate (from the server) the microphone of that client PC, then the client will send audio coming directly from the microphone of the computer. The clients are connected to local networks (sites) where the site is connected to Internet over a DSL modem with a static IP address. Therefore, the server user will first select the client site and then the specific PC he wants to listen. The server system should be protected by user names and passwords. We have to be able to create new accounts and passwords on the server system. The server software may run on different PC's (located on different places) however, we will have the ability to disable centrally some of the server programs (or server users) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. The server software will run on Windows XP or Windows 2003 Server (or newer systems) The programming language doesn't matter.
