2D/3D Art Software Prototype

I am looking for a programmer or programmers to develop a proof-of-concept level prototype for a 2D/3D art program. This program will incorporate unique features based on existing technology. The purpose of the prototype is to attract investors so the program can be further developed into a commercial software package. The programmer for the prototype will be given the option of whether to participate in this further development. ## Deliverables The features necessary for the prototype are: 1)? ? ? ? ? The ability to postion virtual cameras in 3D world space 2)? ? ? ? ? The ability to create and manipulate polygons, by placing and moving vertices, on a plane parallel to the screen 3)? ? ? ? ? The ability to import and export image files 4)? ? ? ? ? The ability to create and manipulate 2D images on the screen by painting with colors, and distorting with a lattice 5)? ? ? ? ? The ability to project 2D images onto 3D polygons 6)? ? ? ? ? A simple GUI
