Time Series Graphing Data

I have a mysql database which I want to be able to graph the data for. on a time series graph. I have in this table 7 value each should get its own time series graph. I want the options to be able to choose to display all graphes at once and show the data for the last hour, day, week, month. In the current system every 5min a new entry is inserted. Attached is a sql file with a small amount of data, its just to give you the understand of the format. should not be a hard task to do at all, something simple, doesnt need to be too pretty and can use what ever library/software you want (assuming it can be installed on a linux system) but I personally rather it be done on php.
