Custom CMS needed for our website

The following is a brief overview of what needs to be done for OUR OWN WEBSITE. The attached document details things out more. Additionally, all front end design is already complete and even the interface for the CMS area - you must make it functional. The frontend of our new website can be viewed at [login to view URL] • Form on contact page that ties into email system o Form contains options for general contact • Get a quote form • Email System w/Templates  Opt Out Management  Ability to add new entries  Ability to import list • Portfolio Updater with ability to add portfolio thumbnails to various site sections, and then add various display images to each portfolio item page. • Banner System with more developed external links (to also be used in copyright/design by tag on client sites) • Tie in to other client CMS areas to display advertising, promotions and messages within their admin panels • Employment System o Salesperson/employee log in/creation system with ability to assign newly received quotes to salespeople o With notifications o Tasks • Client Login Area o Ability For Clients to View Work/Projects o Ability to view and pay invoices via Paypal • News Manager • Lead System There may be a few other features needed as we go...please be flexible. You must be neat and clean with your work and CANNOT mess up our design work. Communication is expected on a daily basis M-F at least through email. Please provide samples of your work before bidding. Deadlines are firm once we agree on them, but this work really should not take more than 10 business days to complete for any experienced programmer (NO WORDPRESS!!!). If you agree to a deadline and then miss, we will expect you to understand a payment deduction for each day missed. Likewise, we WILL NOT TOLERATE careless oversights in the work...you must double check and test your programming before say it is done! We have other projects on here as well, and continuously have new work coming in. If you are competitive with your FLAT rate pricing and you stick to deadlines (meaning..you get things done fast)...and of course, your work is of high quality and not full of mistakes, we will use you for all of our projects from now on. - LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP
