Useful or Unique Software ?

This is a request for submitting to us any software that you may have created and would like to sell to us. It should be a softawre that offers some "Utility" or "Benefit" value to users. It could also be some "Unique" software that offers some advantages in its usefulness. The software should be easy to use and have a "help" feature provided with it for its functions. Must be compatible with IE browser. Please let us have complete details and price to enable us make a decision. We expect complete and exclusive rights to the software purchased and complete confidentiality of its source. There will also be no mention of any of the buying details or price or name of seller or buyer promoted in any manner whatsoever. Please submit and all material will be treated in complete confidence. We will look at all submissions. Have an idea to create a software with some utility value and an ability for you to create it. Best wishes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
