uploading system for a html site

We need an upload system for a small print shop. These are the requirements: - Clients should have the option to register and log in to the uploading functionality - No limitations on the size of the files (the photographers sends raw photos, 5mb per photo) - progress bar - Clients should have the ability to select the product they want to print. - Email notifications each time we receive a new order - The files should be easily recognized on the server and the admin should have the ability to download easily the files in order to print out. - Programmer should install the script on the site and get it working. This is the basic idea, I will discuss the details upon request. This is time sensitive, I need it asap. I will give priority to the coders who can start now and can finish faster.
