Updates to Joomla Site (using Sobi Pro)

I have some updates for our Joomla website at cmr.osu.edu. Updates are listed below. Any changes should be done within the Joomla framework if possible, without modifying the core code. If any changes are made to the core code I need to know what they are, so I can watch for bugs when we do [login to view URL] site is using the Sobipro component as a directory. My subscription to the site has expired, but if you need a subscription for updates or access to the documentation I can purchase another subscription and send you the login info.
