116498 PhotoBucket Type Script

Hello, I'm looking for a script very similar to [login to view URL] I want it to have the same type of features and be secure. Users should be able to upload pics and videos and have the choice of making them public or password required. Admin should be able to specify user space, have different types of packages, etc.. I want to have a free option then also an upgrade option or they can select purchased option at signup. For payments I will use paypal and 2checkout for now so there should be an easy way to transfer info. Ideally I would like to have accounts in a pending status until I manually verify payment. Would be nice if there was an option to have accounts setup instantly as well with verified payment. Users should have unique directories to share with fam / friends or whoever (ex. [login to view URL] ) I'm not posting a budget as I'm flexible and there are more important factors such as but not limited to: Quality, security, stability, etc.. This should be optimized so 10 users online at same time doesn't kill server. I await to hear your replies.
