Hi I understand you are trying to launch an web site for chess players. You requirement will take a long time to complete and for the bare minimum it will take a team of codes (5-8) atleast 90 days. I may not be able to do it per expectation for the price. You need to increase the cost and duration, duration has to be 180days or more for a tested and completed product. Let me know if you are planning such a thing.
