Wordpress Expert - Search Box/Auto Suggest/Maybe Plugin

I have a very small budget, but for the right expert, I'm sure that this is easily accomplished. Site is [login to view URL] :::SEARCH BOX::: -The search box currently auto suggests as you type. I would like it to auto suggest much faster than it currently does. -I would like to add a "search" button to the right of the search box that users can click as well (they also must be able to press the "enter" button to search -I would like visitors to be able to narrow down their search results... For instance, I would like 2 check boxes that each say "pet friendly" "washer/dryer".... I would also like 4 drop down menus that allow users to choose "min price" "max price" "# of beds" "# of baths"... The search results should only display the results that match the city/state, and any of the fields the user chooses from these options. :::ADMIN PANEL::: -I would like an auto suggest feature to select categories when adding a post, (much like the auto suggest feature for choosing which tags)
