Event Locator Script Customizations

Hello, I am planning to host an event planning script on-line which will be aimed at clubs and social gatherings who wish to publicise their events and get attendees to indicate interest online and buy e-tickets to their phones, The facility should allow clients to upload their electronic ticket versions online where customers could buy it there and download it unto their phone. The website should have a phone application as well to help make the purchase easier for members and should support paypal and other card payment gateways. Whilst checking on-line I came across the source codes for some script called (Pg Events) and according to their licensing they permit edit, copy, modify and redistributing of their codes under some conditions which are easy to meet. And as such I wish for some customizations to be done to their scripts to suit my needs rather than developing a new script from scratch which is time consuming and expensive. Attached to this message is a .zip version of the other script and I will please appreciate if any one could reach back to me and let me know if they will be willing to do this, and how much they will charge for it, thanks.
