5 Web Site Templates

I am looking for a web developer to create 5 'Web Templates' for 3 page company websites. A number of companies I represent have requested a small web presents consisting of: A home page, which is effectively an "About" page that will provide a brief introduction to the company and describe what the company does e.g. car repair/re-spray, Debt Collection, Training, Under Writing etc. A picture of the company would need to be included here (but there also needs to be the option to leave this out. A Contact page showing the company Address, All telephone numbers, All E-Mail addresses and the option of a map two, eg one standard and one close up. A Feed back page coded in PHP that asks a respondents: Salutation, First Name, Surname, Address Line One, Line Two, Town, Country, Posatal/Zip Code, Country and the Respondents Question. Style wise, the designer largly has a free hand...BUT...Please no over powering or "Slabs" of strong colour. I am looking for 3 of the designs to be prodiminantly light in colour (eg white or lightly coloured backgrounds (virtualy Pastal). 1 to utalise a Black background and another to be totaly free style to you the designer. Please do bear in mind that these sites are for a UK Consumer Audiance. So please try to avoid the standard blocky or dull one page efforts you may see US/Canada knocking out (Sorry RentaCoder...I know your all Yanks!) Favoured Sites include [[login to view URL]][1] and [[login to view URL]][2] Although these pages make use of I-Frames and do not fill the screen, I would like to see AT LEAST 2 of the 5 designs covering the who screen, not simply being acting as small "portals" as they currently are. NB: Any coder working on these templates is likly to be offered the work for the development of the templates into the finished articals - as and when that work turns up. That said I need ALL the development files. Including the button generation files. eg saved in edittable form so that the if for example you were using Adobe Photoshop, I will need the Photoshop files for the buttons so that I have the abilaty to edit these myself.
