very simple joomla image gallery

Hello, I am the web designer for ziya bozoglu - textile art. My customer would like to have a custom component to administrate the images in his gallery. I looked around but no existing gallery gives me the features I need. What I need is: - on the backend: from the user menu a link to upload new images. STEP 1: upload preview image - a simple function to upload an image from the local hard disk that will be used as preview image. STEP 2: upload the main image - same as step 1 but this image will be the large image but this time the component should resize the image if the width is more than 800 px and/or the height is more that 600px. STEP3: additional images - same as step 2 but this will create additional images for the same carpet, if no image is uploaded no extra image will appear. STEP 4: gallery selection - since there will be more than one gallery, at this point the user should select among a list where should this image appear. The order of these steps is not important. - On the frontend: there will be a gallery section in the website where visitors shall first select among a list of galleries and subgalleries (the number of wich will not be more than 5 or 6). Once entered into a gallery the visitor should see a simple grid of all the preview images (that will all be 120x120px for example) clicking on one of the preview images it shall enlarge and show a title. For the enlargement I thought the best way would be the mootools slimbox gallery but anything would be ok. The reason for all this is because my customer wants to upload pictures of the carpets for sale very quickly and very often but he wants to have a detail of the carpet as a preview image and then have the full carpet once the visitors click on the image. Step 3 is actually an optional that would not go with the mootools gallery, it's up to you! Obviously the component should be install-and-go on my Joomla website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform website will be a graphically updated version of [[login to view URL]][1] Joomla 1.0.13 on most platforms and browsers..this is VERY important!!!!!
