paypal payment recurring, user management programming

Currently, we are working on a subscription system, 1 year term, using paypal system, (recurring or non-recurring selection that a customer can make). We have three distinctive contents, and a customer can subscribe to each under one email address. We'll use paypal payment system to manage the recurring system. You must be able to write/edit codes to seamlessly integrate with our site cms admin and paypal management. Please study the attachment; and if you have any questions or concerns, let me know. Must be able to do the job; we don't want to waste our time here if you cannot do. There are two parts to do this work, and this is a part 1. If we like your work, we'll work with you on the second task after.
