We are looking for someone very fluent in English. Your accent must be American, Australian, South African, or Western European. You should have availability during normal EST work hours. Preferably 9am EST to 5pm EST However, this job will likely only take cumulatively 1-2 hours per day. Duties will include: Making/answering phone calls Giving price quotes online and over the phone Messaging customers via text chat on yelp and similar sites Booking jobs into our CRM system Updating availability on yelp and similar sites when jobs are booked Following up with customers who have not yet booked with us Following up with a phone call to customers once a job has been completed to make sure they are happy
