I need a GUI software Dev to help me with a multitool

I need a dev to assist me making a checker/multitool. I will provide my notes to anyone who messages me if you think you fit the basic requirements below. I would like the tool to be a GUI desktop application in either C/C++ or C# or a webapi application in Node.js, Angular or something similar. The general skills needed to complete this assignment are as follows: -Must have an understand and skilled application of OOP -Full understanding of HTTP requests and responses and interacting with APIs effectively -Ability to read/rewrite python as i have written a fair few of these modules in python already. -Ability to integrate Captcha solving mechanisms like 2captcha and capmonster/xevil into application, including funcaptcha -Must be an effective communicator and provide regular status updates -Must be proficient in webscraping, and parsing information from responses of different kinds -Must be able to show previously completed and similar work source to ensure that you can effectively write this program using OOP methodology/techniques.
