Searching a solution to upload a guide app on Apple store !

Hello .. I’m not a Delovber, I just have an idea of app name brides guide .. This app is a Guide of many shops .. So that when you open the app You will find a slide show of many shops Down you’ll find a category , Example:- You you enter on the weeding hall You find a weddings hall names and address .. And when you open the final screen You’ll find again a slideshow of the weeding hall photo & down you’ll find descriptions And push call now , Facebook, instagram..... Apple rejected the app and answer that :- We don’t accept a Markting app& you app have no activity , minimum functionality!! The guideline 4.2.2 . I Delovber said he don’t have any ideas to find any idea..!
