Upload proof of delivery 7. Leave feedback 8. Upload invoice DESKTOP APP for customers requesting delivery services where they can 1. Register 2. Post a service request 3. Check for quotes and select the desired one 4. Establish e mail or chat contact with chosen supplier 5. Verify proof of delivery 6. Terminate or dispute service 7. Payment screen 8. Invoice download ADMINISTRATOR MODULE: The platform owner/operator use this module to operate the system, it involves queries/screens/reports for: 1. Customer/Service providers info 2. Service requests 3. Service quotes 4. Service tracking 5. Stats 6. Invoicing 7. Payments 8. e mail capabilities 9. Dispute resolution It is estimated that for the mobile app the requirement is about 10 screens, for the desktop module another 6-8, for the administrator module around 20 plus the capabilities to connect with other programs for invoicing and accounts receibable.
