We are looking for a dynamic, assertive individual to identify best-in-class contractors who are interested in learning more about the Alair franchise opportunity; You will be responsible for ongoing pipeline maintenance and adherence to Alair sales processes; passionately representing the Alair brand and be able to professionally and confidently introduce the Alair opportunity to experienced contractors, with the objective of setting up initial introductions to the Alair Regional Partner. The ideal candidate should: Be assertive, motivated self-starting sales professional. Have experience in Contractor/Builder Sales, prospecting and B2B. Demonstrate strong planning & organizational skills, with strong time management ability. Demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills, able to connect easily with prospective clients. Have a deep book of relationships with existing contractors. Good computer skills. Willing team player who can align strongly with Alair Values.
