Ubuntu in embedded System with touchscreen - touchscreen not working suddenly

Hello, we are using ubuntu System in some machines. They are normal industrial pc. The pc is connected to a display with touchscreen. Everything was working great for a year now. Now we have the problem that the touchscreen is suddenly not working. The problem disappears on different Systems in other locations. This is why we think that this will be a software problem. We are working with Ubuntu 18.04. The touchscreen is a egalaxy touchscreen. Last time when the problem disappears I saved log files. Attached are the log files. I need a solution what will run the system stable again. A update on a ubuntu 20 is not possible. On the machines is running a java jar in fullscreen. Java version is 11. Please check the log files. Maybe you see already the problem.
