SSL Certificate Installation help using CWP

Hi, I have been trying to install an SSL cert but i am new to this and having some issues. I can create a private key etc all fine , then send it to namecheap , generate a certificate and receive the cert etc , i rename and upload to my server. But this part seems to be causing my issue , the actual installation of the cert , if i choose manual it just throws error about port 443 which is actually open on firewall. If i try autossl it does not seem to use the correct certificate. Durign this the website goes completely offline i assume becuase of the changes to vhosts ? I have 2 sites here one being [login to view URL] , and a second site under a subdomain [login to view URL] I have definately purchased a wildcard certificate and even did a re-issue to try to start again. Anyone with enough experience to help me here ?
