Resolve NS not resolving correctly for root domain through WHM

Hi, I am running a VPC instance on AWS. Recently I am having a problem for one of the domain that didn't resolve. The strange thins is that only one domain which is actually the root domain didn't resolve whereas all other domains on the same server resolved correctly. When ran intodns it reported these errors: Mismatched NS records WARNING: One or more of your nameservers did not return any of your NS records. Error DNS servers responded ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond: The ones that did not respond are: [login to view URL] x.x.xx.x Multiple Nameservers ERROR: Looks like you have less than 2 nameservers. According to RFC2182 section 5 you must have at least 3 nameservers, and no more than 7. Having 2 nameservers is also ok by me. Missing nameservers reported by your nameservers You should already know that your NS records at your nameservers are missing, so here it is again: ns1.domain.com. ns2.domain.com. OA record No valid SOA record came back! WWW A Record ERROR: I could not get any A records for [login to view URL]! (I only do a cache request, if you recently added a WWW A record, it might not show up here.) I need an experienced programmer to help me resolve this the soonest. Access to WHM will be given to winning bid. Thanks in advanced.

Hello For such DNS update tasks, some other DNS updates are also required. You need to have access to the DNS provider for those configurations. If you like my help, I'll do it in 48 hours atleast, since DNS sometimes require more patience for Updates to show up. Regards
