The bid I made was solely done to provide you with some advice. Do not waste your money on such a contract - It will have no bearing on the chargeback decisions that Paypal makes. As far as Paypal is concerned, their terms of service trump any contract you have with a client. Thus, the contract you want drafted is 100% useless to protect against Paypal chargebacks.
