Hi Freelancers- Contract - For Artists (Consignment Agreement): *My website sells artwork made by various artists. When the artist is invited to join my site, they have to sign an agreement before they send in their high-res files for printing. I need you to write this agreement in very short sentences. 1. Non-exclusive (same works can be sold elsewhere, we do not own copyrights, etc.) 2. Artist agrees to our pricing and payment policies. 3. If we find another opportunity to place an artist's prints anywhere beyond this website, our company will report all sales and only ever sell their work with their permission. 4. etc. (You need to give me a couple legal bullet points here.) ^^^^^***Very important you provide a couple points to this, including indemnification clause(s). 5.
