I have a published LMS SCORM project which has 1 issue. When I go to upload it on any scorm cloud and complete it Then it's status still shows Incomplete. As I see it has something on last slide and due to it, user can't complete the course.

Hi, We are expert in SCORM tracking issue. Please share me the details. In which platform is the course is designed. we can solve if the course is developed in articulate storyline. Possible ways: 1) Is it SCORM 1.2? if yes, the character count for LMS storage is 256 characters, if it exceeds the data will not store in LMS. 2) Might be a setting issue. Is the track setting is based on no. of screens or Result screen. Please share me the file, will solve it in couple of hours. Thanks! Looking forward..
