Self-taught programmer with 6 years of experience. Prides himself in choosing the best tool for the job, prefers clean, modern, robust solutions. Main area of expertise is Cross-platform C++ Graphics programming (C++11, Boost, OpenGL, SDL, Chromium Embedded Framework, SQLite, MySQL/ConnectorC, wxWidgets). Relevant experience is building own 2D/3D multiplayer game engine that uses OpenGL, SDL, FMOD, Bullet, Box2D, LiquidFun, CEF, ENet, and is scripted using Lua. Ability to work with SConstruct, CMake, Visual Studio, unix makefiles, XCode projects. Has experience using ssh, mercurial/hg, git, fossil, basic command line tools. Can target Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi, Mac, iOS and Android with C,C++ code. Has experience implementing well-known graphics effects including normal mapping, shadow mapping, deferred rendering, FXAA, Ambient Occlusion(SSAO), HDR. Can do 3D Modeling and realistic rendering using 3DS max. Have worked part-time as a visualizer for 2 years for a ship-building company, employing various modeling techniques including NURBS, low-poly and high-poly modeling
