Opentaps Implementation/configuration - round 2

Opentaps needs 1. Accounting a. Chart of accounts b. Import of products/prices/vendors c. Import of customers and their info d. Ability to get daily update from PayPal automatically 1. PayPal fee (either domestic or international) 2. Shipping fee (may also come via ebay) e. Ability to get daily update from Ebay (and other channels, once implemented) 1. Ebay Listing Fees 2. Ebay Final Value Fees 3. Shipping fee f. Ability to correspond purchased item to item ordered from supplier per sale g. Ability to get daily update from [login to view URL] 2. Shipping setup and ability to ship using least cost shipper (would like automatically selected) a. USPS b. UPS c. FedEX 3. Order processing a. Ability to create daily orders to purchase from suppliers (can use csv file for all suppliers) 1. Daily orders from Ebay 2. Daily orders from Ecommerce (not yet selected or implemented) b. Ability to receive orders 1. Ensure proper part is getting shipped to customer 2. Print shipping label a. Update ebay or other sales tool with shipping info (automatically) 3. Record who processed shipping package, to include label and packing Would like to see custom accounting report that shows this info for either 1 product or all products over a time frame: Here is an example of how I would like to see our accounting Part sold for 99.99 with 9.99 shipping fee. Ebay listing fee -$0.25 - this is the fee we pay ebay to list the item for sale. The fee changes depending on our number of listed items, our sales volume and our ebay status. Ebay Final Value Fee - -$10.50 - this is the fee Ebay charges us once we sell the item for 99.99. The shipping price is not included for Ebay, however when we add Amazon as a new channel, Amazon charges their final fee for both sales price plus shippping. PayPal Fee - -$3.54 - this is the fee charged by paypal to accept payment for us, this fee could be replaced with [login to view URL] also. The fee is based on the total, sale price plus shipping. Actual Shipping - -$8.59 - this is what we pay to ship the item to our customer, this info may come from ebay or paypal or shipper directly Part cost - -$79.99 - this is what we pay for the item from our supplier True Net Profit - $11.61 - this is a calculation based on all numbers above This is only part of the document, I can provide the rest upon request.
