Goals: - B2B pre-sales (EU and USA clients); - Expanding our client database. Our expectations from you: - Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking); - Knowledge and understanding specific of sales in IT - Experience in searching of new opportunities, negotiating with potential clients, contracts signing and developing of long-term partnerships - Understand the principles and the benefits of working on Upwork - Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, presentation); - Strong time-management skills; - Proactive, result-oriented and open-minded; - High level of self-motivation; - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities: Day to day monitoring of interesting projects on Upwork and other marketplaces; Calling with a view to interest clients, make appointments and create new business leads; Writing proposals; Answering clients' questions; Contacting customers with a view to promote additional services and upgrades; Gathering and analyse initial requirements from the customers; Supporting and participating in pre-sales activities; Responding to written requests; Development of good working relationships with clients; Preparing and submitting weekly reports; Sales plan implementation; Time management; Our working conditions: Telework 20-40 hours per week; Hourly payment +%; Relatively easy schedule.
