200 backlinks PR 3+

I need 200 permanent one-way back-links pointing to our website. We are looking for a qualified professional Link Builder to provide us with non-reciprocal backlinks to the website from pages with a Google PR3+. Each link must come from a different website. Specific keywords and corresponding URL will be provided. Only 10 backlinks per day (limit=10). Must be good practice manual work, any bots auto submission stuff and the project will be completely cancelled with no payment. I check each link submitted. GUIDELINES: * All links must be strictly from: Google PR3+ Pages (not the homepage, the actual page where the link is placed) * ALL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW * Each backlink must come from a different website * Backlinks must be free one-way manual links, one link per domain, one domain per IP * All backlinks must be live as soon as you create them. * Page with backlink cannot be excluded by robots.txt. * Link page must be search engine friendly. * Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty * Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, Bing, MSN and Yahoo within last 30-80 days. * Links must be permanent, You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement. * Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses * We will provide anchor text on pages where possible * We reserve the right to cancel any link and you will replace it with another if not found suitable. NOT ALLOWED: * No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc. * No Websites that originate or INTERLINK from the same Class-C IP address * No links from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, comments, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, porn sites, hate-based or violent websites or ping sites. * NO black hat or Grey hat tactics or links that violate Google rules or TOS. * No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing. * No links from "under construction" pages. * No sites which ask for money or reciprocal links now or later * No graphic links * No links from sponsored ads * No links within news groups * No use of automated software or bots. * No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages. * No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. * No adult websites or with illegal content. You will need to produce a weekly report with the following: 1. URL of page where each link is located and IP address. 2. Google PR of the page where my link is located. 3. Anchor Text used. 4. Date the link was added. Payment will be made after links are checked and approved. We will not release payment unless links are PR3+ Permanent Links that are allowed by our guidelines.
