Expert need to promote ebay listing on google adword

We are looking for expert that knows about the programs/rules that ebay has for listing on google adwords. We have a item that we sell on ebay but we would want to promote the listing on google adwords for more traffic. We would consider to do an PPC campaign with you or the company that knows everything regrading both ebay and adwords policy regrading placing listing on google adwords. Below I have attached an screenshot as an example how we like our ebay listing to be posted on the google adwords when searching for the keyword. Note that the example is not our item, its only an example. On the right side an ebay listing is visible for an ebay store which directly takes an visitor to the ebay store. We exactly want to do the same to direct traffic to our ebay listing.
