Merge 2 chrome extensions and enhancement with email and snapshot of difference

This is a small project that merge 2 existing chrome extensions, page monitor & pushover for google chrome, links are provided at the end paragraph. Page monitor provides desktop notification on detect of changes, whilst pushover for chrome allowed user to send the url of the current page to the intended pushover API configured simply by User Key and API/Token Key. The goal is to enable web monitoring with notification via pushover ([login to view URL]). It is easy to setup pushover as they offer 7 days trial on iOS or Android. But for the acceptance test, I'll provide the User key and API key so changes will be sent to my device. I'm mainly a VB dotnet developer, but I could complete this project myself but i'm lacking of time lately so trying to get someone who had built chrome extension before to complete this task. As the starting project will be provided, so it should take someone with javascript and chrome extension developer experience to complete this within a few hours actual effort. the [login to view URL] is where the main merge has to happen, as the trigger of desktop notification (triggerDesktopNotification) should also trigger the pushover/email notification based on the localstorage settings. (source codes to be supplied, and working ) -individual monitoring page advance option to enable/disable pushover/email notification (low priority) -page monitor global advance option to allow setup of pushover if enabled, such as user key/api key/sound/devices. -option to provide attachment of difference detected.
