We are looking for an experienced developer to take an already formatted HTML/CSS and create an interactive quiz that will allow a user to score four questions from 1 to 100 and produce a result based on a simple algorith. The quiz should be done in front end JS and will be embedded into a CMS page template. The output/results should be collected on a Google Sheet. An optional call to action will collect an email address from the user at the end which will also be collected on the Google Sheet.

I am good at javascript customisation including html/css...but first i need to review list of customisation and after that i can confirm the feasibility of it... Relevant Skills and Experience i have skills for this kind of project as done many project like this but once i have proper scope detail i will share relevant demos/experience as well..
