Web Developer/Designer (HTML/CSS)

We are looking for a web designer that can render a design mockup into HTML/CSS for a one-page company website featuring a minimalist text-based logo, brief company description, and company contact information. You will be working off of a design mockup image file (Similar to the one attached below, a final design will be provided upon selection of the candidate). For this specific project, we will be utilizing web template publishing platform such as SquareSpace. As a web designer/developer your job will be to: * Create a live website out of HTML and CSS that mimics the design attached below. * Build the website such that it is responsive across platforms (Professional across browsers, screen sizes and different devices like mobile and tablet). * Organize the the web site architecture file directory and comment the code in a professional and understandable manner to make it easy to manipulate text, basic design and access the site map. * Minimize code, making load time as fast as possible. Our timeline aims to be as quick as possible, so between 1-3 days is our expected timeframe for a finished deliverable. In addition, reliable and high quality work can help establish a relationship for similar, future contracts. Please share the following: --> Please submit a quote. We are seeking a fixed price and a delivery time estimate for this one specific micro project, based on publishing the web site, via a template platform such as SquareSpace. --> Please describe your experience with all-in-one website builder platforms such as SquareSpace. (It's noteworthy, that future projects, will not involve SquareSpace, as compared to working directly with the source code and utilizing a CMS, such as WordPress.) --> How would you go about positioning the logo element (img)?
