Sending messages automatically in a slack channel that i'm not admin of

I need a way to send a message to every online person on a slack channel. Also, slack appears only 20 online users, I need a way to see every online user. again, channels are not mine. if sending messages automatically is not possible, then only being able to see all online user is acceptable.
