I am looking to build out a website, most likely on wordpress but possibly on another source, that acts on an online digital marketplace. I need a homepage, an explore page where consumers can explore listings, a vendor login/signup for people to sign up to list items, a vendor dashboard and more. A couple key things is the vendors are selling "slots". When a consumer buys a slot, there needs to be a file transfer or the ability to send a link from the consumer to the vendor the vendor to download a file AFTER payment. In addition, once the file is downloaded, the vendor needs to have the option to approve or deny the purchase. If the vendor denies then there needs to be an automatic refund. Another key feature is the vendor has to verify they properly used the download file by uploading a video so there needs to be the ability for the vendor to upload a file and then once the consumer confirms it was used correctly, payment is transferred to the vendor. One last key feature is that I, as the owner, need to be able to take a percentage of the transactions. P.S. don't try to make it sound more complicated then it is, I have basically already built it on WordPress so I'm not stupid, I know this is going to be easy and my budget is firm. Stay under my budget and you can get the job. I have already been working on this for months I just dont have time to do it to the level it needs to be.
