Vacant 100 yr old bldg - red brick - run down - vacant - have to draw attention to it. Would like to read news headlines daily - as i did on You Tube - but expect few viewers - news stuff is to supplement the bldg - because who will come to site to see photo of run down bldg. Bldg in west Texas - suppose i should try to sell a tee shirt or two - that to make site more interesting. Dississiptic is Santa Claus elf. I would like to get hi tech people to have workspace in bldg at practically no rent - ask them to get bldg up and running -m vacant over 20 years - 2 story structure - each floor about 1600 sq ft - want something very inexpensive initially - nothing fancy - expect few viewers
