We would like to develop two "hand drawn videos (each 1 - 1.5 mins long) for an internal company project. The first part of both videos is the same, only the ending key message differs in the 2 videos. The project is launching a learning platform to create a "customer centric mindset" among all employees. Through the video we want to explain why customer centricity is important in our work. We are a pharma company, where the final "customer" we serve is the patient and making sure we get our medicines to patients. We believe that having a customer centric mindset in our everyday work to our immediate customers (the people we are collaborating with at that moment), will help us achieve this ultimate goal.
