Brochure template

I need 2 brochure templates that I can populate myself. The first is a single page (8.5 X 11) and the second a folder (11 X 17) that folds in half to produce a 4-page brochure. On the single page template, it must have my company logo and full-page bleed in the header. My company contact information must be in the footer. I must be able to add a tagline to the header for the single page template for different products and services. I must be able to populate the page with copy and photos that I can move around. The 11 X 17 must have the first page as the title/cover page with my logo and product tagline and 2 interior pages of copy and photos. The 4th page will be the back of the folder with product information and my company contact info. I've attached two examples. I must clarify the details of this project: I do NOT need a logo. I have one. One the single page template, I need the designer to accurately copy the logo (Übertas) in the example I attached to this project. The original designer of my logo passed away. I need a single page brochure template made with the same logo and black/red bleed block that runs from left to right in the header of each brochure. I must be able to change the tag line in the upper right corner of the page for different brochures. I need to be able to write my own copy for each brochure and insert that copy in the body of the brochure along with photos or other images. The footer must be as in the example. It will contain the contact information for my company. I must be able to edit and change the contact information for different Übertas offices in many cities. The template for my 4-page brochure must be an 11" X 17" where the front will be pages 1 and 4 and the back will be pages 2 and 3 on the inside when folded in half. The printer will print front and back on 11" X 17" semigloss paper and the brochure will be 4 pages when folded in half. I require the front page (page 1)to be the black background with a border around the page as in the example I attached to this project. My company logo must be in the lower right with the red bleed line underneath that runs from left to right. The "electricity" you see across the page must be included on the template. The title block in red must be included. In the example, it has the "LifeRing" logo and the copy "Smartphone Emergency Notification & Tracking System". I must be able to edit and change the copy and insert another logo. I hope this helps clarify what I need. Please reply with any questions. Thank you! John S.
