ART WORK FOR FRONT COVER OF A BOOK The Book: Biography covering from when I was 5 Years old. The Picture A and B (see below) are frontage of our village temple where I was born. The work includes but not limited to the following: 1. Picture A (.JPG format) to be improved in quality. 2. The improved Picture A to be clipped to A5 (141 x 210 mm) This will be Picture B (see below) 3. Picture B will form the background for the front cover 4. The Book Title: MY SUTHUMALAI TIME and Author’s Nama: Kandasamy Sara Saranathan to be added on (See Picture B). 5. Now add five people just above the Author’s Name (see details in 6 below) walking hand-in-hand towards the front of the Temple. The people could be a. Hand drawn picture b. Computer graphics c. Photograph taken by the Artist with real people d. Any other – Artist to suggest 6. Details of the five people: (all members of Author’s family – not real picture of my family) a. Walking towards the temple (order of people from Left to Right): Youngest Brother (5) – Elder sister (9) – My mother (32) – Me (8) – Brother (6). All bare feet. b. Boys in shorts and shirts, My sister in in long frock and twin plaits, Mother (widow) in Sari (not white but some dull colour) and hair single bun (கொண்டை) 7. NOTE 1: The people are walking towards the temple as such we could see only their back sides – not faces. 8. You may add some characteristics of my village to make the cover appear attractive such as: (Artist to suggest) a. Jasmine creeper with white flowers b. Marigold flowers a. Jack/Mango/Banana trees b. Cigar Sheds c. Small mud houses d. Single tarred road/bullock carts c. Well and lever rod 9. NOTE 2: From 1 to 8 above are my basic ideas. I am willing to consider Artist’s idea to make the Cover representative of my village and attractive.
